Considerations

Cancellations and Late Arrivals: At Chameleon European Salon, we provide every consideration to our clients and we expect the same in return. Due to the personalized nature of our salon services, we require 24 hour notice for cancellation of single services and 48 hour notice for canellation of packages. Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or earlier, may result in a cancellation fee or voiding use of gift certificate if applicable. Should you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to shorten your session accordingly in order to properly accomodate all of our clients schedules.

Pricing: No refunds. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates:  Gift Certificates are available for all salon services and pricing is guaranteed for six months from date of issue.

Gratuities: You will be pampered by Licensed Massage Therapists, Certified Estheticians, Nail Technicians, and Hair Stylists who take pride in their service. Please show your appreciation for their wonderful service with a gratuity. A customary gratuity of 18% to 20% is appreciated. All prices shown do not include gratuity.
